My career didn't start in a boardroom — it started on the front line, in hospitality and retail, where I learned that every business decision eventually shows up in a customer's experience. Those years taught me service, patience, and how to read what people actually need.
Moving into HR and operations sharpened a different muscle: how organizations actually run — the systems, the people, the friction points that quietly decide whether a strategy works or stalls.
That foundation is what led me into Business Development, where I found the role I was building toward all along: connecting the right people, the right partners, and the right ideas to create commercial value.
